		<description>I had the misfortune to deaal with this bunch of shysters.  They failed to deliver, had both the item and the payment and then lied and weaseled to get out of a refund.  Took a lot of effort.  Employee lisa lied continuously, another employee simply would not accept the obvious that it was THEIR FAULT and employed every evasion in the book.  They finally coughed but with the utmost of reluctance.

A slimy lot, best avoided at all costs.

		<description>I&#039;m having the unpleasurable experience of dealing with Techoni myself at the moment.  I also made the mistake of not doing enough research.  I ordered 2 exim screen protectors and a silicon case for a Dopod 838 Pro on the 5th of December, consequently, Thursday the 14th I received the screen protectors, and today I received the case (the 19th).  The screen protectors are for a JAMin and they claim that they are exactly the same (which stated on websites they are the same size screen) however there&#039;s a 1-2mm gap on the top and left of the screen unprotected.  Fits perfectly my round behind.  Also the case that they sent was for a Dopod 900 and was clearly sent from Hong Kong.  I have pictures if anyone would like proof.  I called their service department and said that it was from Hong Jong and I had reason to believe that they had taken my money and consequently bid on a case from eBay and had the seller send it to my address!  They said I don&#039;t know what I&#039;m talking about as everything they sell is Australian stock.  What a load of... anyhoo...I express posted it back to their Sydney office after speaking with a representative and am not holding my breath to get a correct one back in the next month or so.  Absolutely appalling customer service.  Pathetic at best.</description>
