Posted on August 4, 2006

David S DeanBut David Dean works there. He works at the Laboratoire Physique Quantique at Université Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, which was where I went for MMUA 2006. He lists his research areas on his CV as

  • Applications of stochastic analysis in statistical physics.
  • Transport in random media.
  • Statistical physics of complex and disordered systems..
  • Electrostatic effects in soft condensed matter physics.
  • Thermodynamics of granular media.
  • Applications of statistical physics in biology and computer science.

Sounds fun. Want to see more David Deans who aren’t me?
