Digitalrum produced a service in 2000/2001 for many european & uk operators and brands (including Virgin, Vodafone, Orange, SFR, Eircell, M6 ….) to do this along with barcodes and text based searches. It also provides price and product feature comparison from over 100 integrated merchants throughout europe.
